A master’s thesis was discussed at the Department of Geography, College of Education for Humanities at University of Tikrit on Sunday (March 8, 2026). The thesis, submitted by the student Ali Nasser Hussein, was entitled:“The Political Geographic Analysis of the 2023 Al-Muthanna Provincial Council Elections.”The study examines the spatial and political dimensions of the 2023 Al‑Muthanna Provincial Council election in Al‑Muthanna Governorate, focusing on the geographic distribution of voting patterns and electoral behavior across the governorate.
