Duties of the Administrative Affairs Division:

  1. Following up on all matters related to the college staff.

  2. Planning and organizing administrative affairs.

  3. Monitoring staff attendance and work schedules.

  4. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence for the division.

  5. Issuing administrative orders related to the college.

  6. Recording and archiving all incoming and outgoing official documents, and distributing correspondence to the relevant divisions.

  7. Completing promotion procedures for college staff according to their entitlements.
