Duties of the Scientific Affairs Division:

1. Follow up on incoming correspondence from the University Presidency, the Office of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, and take the necessary actions accordingly.

2. Monitor students studying abroad and complete their files within the college.

3. Supervise the organization of seminars, workshops, and discussion sessions.

4. Oversee practicum students from the college in schools, as well as host practicum students from other universities, by assigning appropriate educational and academic supervisors.

5. Provide faculty members participating in conferences and seminars with official letters of endorsement and deputation, whether for participation inside or outside the country.

6. Disseminate announcements of training courses and conferences received by the college to the relevant departments.
