Eng. Dr. Kamal Saleh Ghadeeb
Maher Qasim Shallo
One of the main duties of the Registration Division is to register newly admitted students at the beginning of each academic year in accordance with the centralized admission process from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Admission to the college is granted to students who have obtained the preparatory school certificate from Iraqi schools, either in the scientific or literary branch, with the admission criteria determined by the Ministry.
Students must complete the registration process at the Registration Division by presenting all required documents and official records necessary for enrollment.
Another duty of the Registration Division is to issue administrative orders for student deferrals. This is done after obtaining the College Council’s approval for the student’s deferral request, provided it is the first deferral. If a student requests a deferral for the second academic year, the request is forwarded to the University Council for approval.
