Duties of the Financial Affairs Division:
The Financial Affairs Division performs a set of tasks as follows:

Organizing the salaries of college employees, including faculty members and administrative staff, and submitting them to the University Presidency for disbursement to the entitled recipients.

Adding allowances and promotions within the salary scale to be included in the payroll lists.

Organizing daily financial records, disbursement logs, documents, and accounting entries to ensure proper documentation.

Maintaining and archiving all primary financial records in designated files and storage boxes.

Managing the college’s disbursement operations and collecting revenues from college activities through accounting receipts (73), including processing documents, objections, issuing IDs, managing student registrations, collecting tuition fees from parallel undergraduate students, fees from postgraduate students (self-funded), and receiving payments from evening program students.
