A PhD dissertation was discussed today, Sunday, April 12, 2026, at the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education, College of Education for Humanities, by the candidate Hind Bilal Abdulhameed, entitled:
“Tabyīn al-Hidāyah wa Tawḍīḥ al-Bidāyah by Sayyid Ḥāfiẓ Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn al-Shaykh Muṣṭafā al-Kaddūsī (d. 1253 AH): From the Chapter on the Marriage of Slaves to the Chapter on Oaths in Divorce – A Study, Verification, and Commentary.”
