On Sunday, September 14, 2025, the Department of Geography at the College of Education for Human Sciences held the defense of an M.A. thesis by student Fahd Saud Kalash, entitled “The Impact of Climate Fluctuations on Natural Vegetation in Al-Sharqat and Al-Dujail Districts.”
The discussion focused on the study’s findings regarding the relationship between climate variability and its effects on natural vegetation within the two districts, highlighting the significance of climate data analysis for sustainable land use and vegetation preservation.
