A Master’s thesis was defended at the Department of Art Education, College of Education for Humanities, University of Tikrit, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, by the student Yaseen Nizar Mohsen, entitled “Nostalgia and Its Representations in the Artwork of Students of the Department of Fine Arts.”
The thesis examines the concept of nostalgia and its artistic manifestations in the drawings and visual works produced by students of the Department of Fine Arts. It explores how memories, emotions, and reflections on the past are represented through artistic expression, highlighting the aesthetic and symbolic dimensions of nostalgia within contemporary student artwork.
