On Monday (September 29, 2025), the Department of Geography at the College of Education for Humanities, Tikrit University, held the defense of the Ph.D. dissertation submitted by Manar Mohammed Ibrahim, entitled “The Geopolitics of Language and Its Impact on Building the Power of the Iraqi State.”
