The College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Tikrit has achieved a distinguished academic accomplishment by securing advanced positions in the results of the Iraqi National Classification of Academic Departments for the year 2025.
According to the classification results, the Department of Geography ranked third nationwide among all Geography departments at Iraqi universities, an achievement that reflects the department’s outstanding scientific and academic performance. In addition, the other departments of the College also attained advanced rankings, confirming the academic rigor and continuous efforts exerted by the College’s teaching staff.
The Deanship of the College of Education for Human Sciences, represented by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Emad Hamid Ahmed, highly commended the significant efforts made by the faculty members of the Department of Geography and the other departments of the College. The Deanship praised their effective role in achieving these advanced results within the Iraqi National Classification for 2025, wishing them continued success and excellence in serving the College and the University of Tikrit.
