Prof. Dr. Rashid Lateef Ibrahim has assumed the position of Head of the Department of History at the College of Education for Humanities at University of Tikrit.
On this occasion, the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Prof. Dr. Imad Hamid Ahmed, extended his congratulations to Prof. Dr. Rashid Lateef Ibrahim, wishing him success and prosperity in his new responsibilities in service of the College and the University.
