The College of Education for Humanities, represented by the Dean, Professor Dr. Imad Hamid Ahmed, participated on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, in the Second Annual Conference organized by Al-Hadhara University College in cooperation with the Civilization of Iraq Foundation for Consultation and Development, under the title:
“Climate Change: Challenges and Solutions.”
The conference aimed to discuss the environmental, economic, and social implications of climate change and to review the most prominent scientific solutions and alternatives that could mitigate its negative impacts.
The participation of the College of Education for Humanities reflects its commitment to active engagement in scientific events addressing contemporary global issues — particularly those concerning the environment and climate, as they directly affect human life and require joint academic and research efforts to find effective solutions.
The conference also witnessed broad participation from faculty members of the college, who presented a number of research papers tackling various topics related to the conference themes.
