The Women's Affairs Unit at our college, in collaboration with the Center for Continuing Education, organized a scientific workshop on Monday, July 7, 2025, entitled:
“The Light of the Letter: The Path of Life”
The workshop, moderated by Lecturer Manal Joudi Mahmoud and Assistant Lecturer Muna Essam Abdullah, aimed to raise public awareness about the importance of literacy in human development. It also sought to highlight the role of both governmental and civil institutions in supporting literacy programs, encourage community engagement and volunteerism in basic education campaigns, and present inspiring success stories of individuals who overcame illiteracy and achieved meaningful accomplishments.
The Deanship of the College of Education for Human Sciences, represented by Prof. Dr. Imad Hameed Ahmed, extends its sincere appreciation to the Women's Affairs Unit for organizing such fruitful academic events, wishing them continued success and excellence in serving our college and beloved university.
