Lecturer Dr. Reem Qasim Hatem, a faculty member in the Department of English at the College of Education for Humanities at University of Tikrit, assumed the duties of Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs on Wednesday (March 11, 2026).
Dr. Hatem succeeds Prof. Dr. Rashid Lateef Ibrahim, who made significant contributions during his tenure, demonstrating dedication and commitment to advancing the scientific and academic progress of the College.
The Deanship of the College of Education for Humanities extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Prof. Dr. Rashid Lateef Ibrahim for his valuable efforts throughout his period of service, wishing him continued success in his academic career. At the same time, the College wishes Dr. Reem Qasim Hatem every success in her new role, hoping that her efforts will further contribute to the advancement of the College and the University.
