Under the patronage of the President of Tikrit University, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raoof, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Imad Hamid Ahmed, and as part of the Entrepreneurship Week activities, the Department of Art Education, in cooperation with the Student Activities Division and the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, organized an Entrepreneurship Art Exhibition under the slogan “Art is a Necessity and Innovation” on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Hassan Hussein Ibrahim, in the presence of a large number of faculty members, university staff, and participating students. The event featured a display of artistic paintings presented by the department’s students, in addition to a live drawing segment that provided students with the opportunity to demonstrate their creative skills directly.
The exhibition also included a distinguished presentation of ceramic works that highlighted students’ abilities in employing modern artistic techniques to produce pieces characterized by both aesthetic and heritage value.
The organization of this exhibition reflects the College’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurship programs, enhancing students’ artistic and creative skills, and providing spaces for free expression while encouraging artistic initiatives that contribute to developing their capabilities and expanding their professional prospects.
