Under the patronage of the President of the University of Tikrit, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Emad Hamid Ahmed, the Departments of History and Educational and Psychological Sciences held an awareness seminar entitled “Vision, Mission, and Objectives of the College of Education for Human Sciences” today, Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
The seminar aimed to introduce students to the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of the College of Education for Human Sciences, highlighting its academic and educational role in preparing qualified scientific cadres that contribute to serving society and human development. The seminar also sought to raise students’ awareness of the importance of adhering to university values and institutional identity, and to instill a sense of belonging and responsibility towards the college and the university.
The seminar covered several themes, including the college’s journey, its educational and research objectives, its role in developing the educational process, and its service to society. In addition, a dialogue session was opened with the attendees to answer their questions, thereby promoting positive interaction and achieving the seminar’s objectives.
