Under the patronage of the President of the University of Tikrit, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Emad Hamid Ahmed, the Department of Quranic Sciences and Islamic Education and the Department of Arabic Language held an awareness seminar entitled “Vision, Mission, and Objectives of the College of Education for Human Sciences” today, Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
The seminar aimed to familiarize students with the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of the College of Education for Human Sciences, and to highlight its academic and educational role in preparing qualified scientific cadres capable of contributing to community service and human development. It also sought to enhance students’ awareness of the importance of adhering to university values and institutional identity, as well as to strengthen the sense of belonging and responsibility towards the college and the university.
The seminar addressed several key themes, including the college’s academic journey, its educational and research objectives, and its role in developing the educational process and serving the community. In addition, an open dialogue session was held to address participants’ questions, thereby promoting positive interaction and achieving the objectives of the seminar.
