College of Education for Human Sciences, in Cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, Holds a Scientific Course Entitled “Digital Education and the Challenges of Modern Technology”

Under the patronage of the President of Tikrit University, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Imad Hamid Ahmed, the Departments of History and Educational and Psychological Sciences, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, held a scientific course entitled “Digital Education and the Challenges of Modern Technology” during the period 4–5 January 2026.

The course aimed to highlight the concept and importance of digital education in developing the educational process, identify the major challenges imposed by modern technology on educational institutions, and discuss mechanisms for effectively employing digital technologies to enhance the quality of education and develop the skills of students and faculty members.

The course included several scientific themes, including modes of digital education, modern technologies used in teaching, and the technical and educational challenges associated with digital transformation, in addition to reviewing successful educational models and experiences in this field.
