The College of Education for Humanities Organizes a Scientific Course Entitled “Student Activities and Their Role in Strengthening Social Bonds Inside and Outside the University”

Under the patronage of the President of University of Tikrit, Prof. Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Prof. Dr. Imad Hamid Ahmed, the Department of Geography, in cooperation with the Student Activities Division and the Continuing Education Center at University of Tikrit, organized a scientific course entitled “Student Activities and Their Role in Strengthening Social Bonds Inside and Outside the University” for the period (March 11–12, 2026).

The course aims to highlight the importance of student activities in promoting the spirit of cooperation and teamwork among students, as well as strengthening positive social relationships within the university environment and beyond. Such activities contribute to building a well-balanced student personality capable of engaging positively with society.

The course also seeks to encourage students to actively participate in cultural, scientific, and social activities, while emphasizing the role of these activities in developing students’ leadership and communication skills, in addition to fostering a stronger sense of belonging to the university and commitment to community service.
